The Personnel Board of Jefferson County is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Firefighter. We serve 13 jurisdictions throughout Jefferson County and employee over 1,300 Fire/EMS Personnel. To apply, applicants must be18 years of age and have the ability to pass a Class A physical examination prior to appointment. A valid photo id will be required in order to take the examination.
