Located in the beautiful San Gabriel Valley, the City of West Covina, California (pop. 107,000), is seeking a new Fire Chief. Serving as a member of the City's Executive Team, the Fire Chief is responsible for a Department with 82 staff, five fire stations and a $12.1 million budget. Strong leadership, management, and interpersonal skills are required. Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required (Master's preferred) in fire science, public administration or a related field and four years' progressively responsible fire service management experience at the Battalion Chief or higher level.

Salary range: $98,364 -- $132,792.
