Hello. I am looking for information about starting a mentoring program for the newer women firefighters of my department. We have a relatively new women's association that we are trying to get off the ground as well. I am looking for any ideas or contacts that might help with the mentoring program and ideas to get more women involved in the association. Any thoughts out there?? Thanks!!!!
