Hey Ladies
Any tips on the hose pull from the 2 story window. I can pull it no problem without gloves, with gloves my grip sux.
Any tips, does it help if the gloves are a little wet?
I thought I had this no problem, now I have practiced with firefighter gloves and it is very difficult.
Thanks

Well, this problem holds true for alot of people. The secret for me with such an experience was when you grap the rope, you must "bite" into the rope with your hand. You do this by, once you grabbed the rope, rotate your hand down and outward, taking a "BITE" into the rope! I hope that you understand the basis behind this, if not let me know. Also, work on your forearm strength by doing wrist curls, bicep curls, hammer curls, and grip strengthing exercises. Let me know if I can help anymore! Wink
